I wanted a good quality leather collar for sometime now and this raspberry colour is perfect as Tilly is an all black dog so it just pops. The gold coloured rings complement it perfectly. I also paired it with a custom ID tag in the same colour and it’ looks great.

The quality as far is amazing however, it took 13 days to arrive at my house which felt long. The tags are amazing however the circumference of the hole on the tag is so small that it doesn’t fit on any key ring that doubles on itself. I think the hole should be made bigger to accompany other key rings. I’ve tried to attach a video to demonstrate but it’s not allowing me to do so. Still love it and I like definitely buy again just giving some constructive criticism ☺️

I just wanted to clarify that your order was dispatched five days after you placed it, which is within our 5-7 working day turnaround as outlined on the product page. We weren’t made aware of any delays with the delivery, but we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait longer than expected.
As for the tag, we really appreciate your input! The split rings we use are designed so that the tag sits in the split space and doesn’t spin all the way around, preventing wear and tear. We understand your concern, but this particular issue hasn’t come up before. That being said, your feedback is so valuable to us, and we’ll certainly keep it in mind for future improvements.
