Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to UK (excluding NI), USA, Canada & Australia. We hope to resume EU shipping very soon.
Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
You can view our processing times here, as turnaround varies product to product.
For UK delivery, we estimate delivery 2-3 days after dispatch.
For International delivery, we estimate 7-10 days after dispatch, depending where you are.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey to your doorstep.
Please note: ID tag orders may not have tracking, unless Tracked 48 is selected at check out.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Custom or personalised items are non-refundable.

How do I exchange an item for a different size?
We do not currently offer exchanges, but you may return your item for a refund & reorder the correct size.

Products, Sizing & Care
Are your products suitable for all dog breeds and sizes?
Currently our Bloomsbury walk-wear range caters up to a size medium, which is equal to a cocker spaniel, corgi or small rescue breeds. Rest assured, we are currently prototyping larger sizes and can't wait to include our long legged friends too.
Our metal ID tag range can be enjoyed by breeds of all shapes and sizes.
We would not recommend our handmade ID tags for larger or high energy dogs.
I’m unsure what size to choose—can you help?

How do I clean my Tails & Bloom products?
All of our products can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasives, soaking or using harsh chemicals to maintain their quality and appearance.
Can I personalise my dog’s ID tag?
Yes, our handmade ID tags can be customised with your pet’s initial and contact details. Simply provide the information in the fields on the product pages.
Kindly note: Our metal tags only allow personalisation on the reserve.

Can I purchase an e-gift card?
Absolutely! Our gift cards are available online and can be emailed directly to you for gifting. Find our gift cards here.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
Currently, we’re an online-only brand. However, we occasionally attend pop-up events and markets across the UK. Follow us on social media for updates on where we’ll be next!
